Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
To make a return or exchange, please send an email to design@mavistenedition.com with the order number within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unaltered and in the original packaging.

For any product damage, please include photos and/or videos to help process an exchange.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
Refunds will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  

 

Warranty (LED bulbs) 

Our bulbs have a lifetime of 20,000 / 2 years warranty.

 

Cancelled orders (if applicable) 

When an order is cancelled, there's a lot of work involved for our team and a cancellation fee of 3% of the invoice (USD) will be applied to any order.

The fee is deducted from the order refund.
